Allana Ferguson bio
Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. After suffering multiple knee injuries over many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana was a star for New South Wales in her debut Women's Rugby League game against Queensland, which she took part in during 2015. Allana also added radio to the repertoire, and she makes regular appearances as part of the 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is an experienced educator outside the sport world. Allana Ferguson holds the rare privilege of representing Australia in three sports - rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Jillaroos' superstar Allana Ferguson is required to put an abrupt end to her rugby league career following a tear to her ACL a fourth time. The 25-year-old has previously tore the ligament on the same knee while she was a teenager and a 20-year-old and after a fourth tear this meant that Ferguson's playing time ended. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and had to retire before the end of the season due to a 4th accident to her left ACL. Ferguson had an injury to her ACL last November while in training. This week she announced the information by speaking to The Courier Mail.
