Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo has been published as an author and is an American actress. Her first role was on the soaps of daytime like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later years had several secondary roles in primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career with daytime soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997, she starred as Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she was part of the crew of the CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut in the film world with a brief performance as a minor character in Girl 6. She then played in New York Undercover episodes and The District. In 2001 Navedo co-starred in the action comedy double take film Double Take and the following year she starred in the drama Washington Heights. Navedo was a recurring actor on the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. The character was later featured in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo has appeared in several different films, like El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy and How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. Superfast!, a comedy movie in which she starred. The film that parodies The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo began her acting career in daytime soaps. From 1995 until 1997, she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. She joined the CBS soap opera Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was a minor role in Girl 6 (1996). She then guest-starred on seasons of New York Undercover, The District and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
